Terms and Conditions


These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed with our Indian supermarket through our website, by phone, via WhatsApp, or in any other way.


1. Orders

By placing an order, you agree to these terms and conditions. Please check your order carefully before confirming it. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if products are unavailable or if incorrect information has been provided.


2. Product Information and Availability

We do our best to display product information, prices, and stock availability as accurately as possible. However, products may sometimes be temporarily unavailable. In that case, we will contact you to discuss an alternative, refund, or order adjustment.


3. Prices and Payment

All prices include VAT unless stated otherwise. Available payment methods will be shown at checkout. An order will be processed after payment has been completed successfully, unless agreed otherwise.


4. Delivery

We deliver from 12:00 PM to 11:00 PM. The average delivery time is 1 day. During busy periods, delivery may take up to 2 days. The driver will call you before leaving to deliver your order. Same-day delivery may be possible upon special request; please contact us by WhatsApp or phone to arrange this.


5. Receiving Your Order

Please make sure someone is available to receive the order during the delivery hours. Fresh, chilled, and frozen products should be stored correctly immediately after delivery.


6. Returns and Complaints

Fresh products, chilled products, frozen products, and other perishable items cannot be returned for hygiene and food safety reasons. If a product is damaged, incorrect, or not received in good condition, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery by WhatsApp or phone, preferably with a clear photo and your order details.


7. Refunds or Replacements

Refunds or replacements will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Returns without prior contact will not be accepted.
