Ching’s Secret Dark Soy Sauce is a rich, dark soy sauce commonly used in Indo-Chinese and Asian-style cooking. It adds a deep brown colour, a savoury umami flavour, and a slightly sweet, salty depth to dishes. This sauce is ideal for giving homemade stir-fries, noodles, fried rice, and marinades a more restaurant-style taste.
